Who should attend this event?

The TikTok Small Biz Block Parties are primarily for small business owners and their team members. However, organizations that serve small businesses in some way and are curious about what TikTok can do for their communities are also welcome.

I'm not on TikTok yet - are the Block Parties right for me?

Absolutely! Most of our guests will likely be new to TikTok, but we will have a little something for everyone, regardless of their experience level.

Is there a limit to the number of people who can attend? Can I invite a colleague or friend to join me?

The more the merrier. Please extend an invitation to anyone you think would benefit from joining. You can share this page through social media, text, or email.

How much does the event cost to attend?

The event is free!

Are the Block Parties hosted on Zoom? Do I need to download any special software to attend?

The Small Biz Block Parties will be hosted on TikTok's own virtual event platform, ForYouniverse. Trust us - it's way better than Zoom! You will not need any special software to access the platform, but you will need to enter your email address to enter.

The ForYouniverse platform is best accessed using the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft EDGE

Safari is compatible, but you may experience visual inconsistencies and difficulty accessing some content. Internet Explorer is NOT supported.

Can I join the Block Party on my phone or tablet?

The ForYouniverse platform is currently designed for desktop based web browsers, with mobile support coming in the future. For the best experience, please join the through Google Chrome on your Mac or PC.

I'm not available on the date of the event scheduled for my state/region. Can I attend a different Block Party?

Sure. We encourage you to attend the Block Party that is local to your business, but you're welcome to attend any event that works with your schedule. Visit tiktok-smallbizblockparty.com to see the full calendar of events.

Will the events be recorded so I can watch again later?

The live events will not be recorded. We encourage you to join us so you don't miss out on the fun.

Is there a deadline to register?

There is no deadline to register, but we encourage you to register soon so you can block the time on your busy schedule.

Will there be additional events for small businesses beyond the Block Parties?

Glad you asked. Yes, attendees of the Block Parties will get invitations to a special training series, 1:1 strategic consultations, and other exclusive opportunities to help them get started and growing on TikTok.

Why do I have to answer questions about my business when I register?

Each Block Party event will be designed to meet the unique needs and goals of our guests. We ask a few questions when you register so we can get a sense of what information may be most useful to your business and how we can best support you. This information is used for internal planning purposes only.
